Mark W. Constable, Esq.

Mark W. Constable was born in New York and earned his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.  After moving to Massachusetts, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk Law School in Boston, MA and is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New York.  Mark has extensive experience in residential and commercial title examinations and all aspects of the Massachusetts Registry of Deeds.  In addition, Mark represents a variety of local business owners, corporations and non-profits with real estate transactions, corporate maintenance and contract negotiations.

Sean M. Fitzgerald, Esq.

Sean was born in New Hampshire and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.  After graduating UNH, Sean earned his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk Law School, in Boston, MA and is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Sean actively represents local lenders in the mortgage industry with residential closings as well as representing local business owners with their corporate and start-up needs.

Mark is an approved Land Court Title Examiner.
